Hey Anna!
2022 is coming to an end!
Here are 22 lessons I've learned this year.
My online community loved it, so I thought I'd share it with you too :)
#1: Mental Health > Money
#2: Time Saved = Money Saved
#3: Effectiveness > Efficiency
#4: Choose your pain.
#5: Success doesn’t come without some sacrifices.
#6: Perspectives = Possibilities
#7: Can’t help people who don’t want to be helped.
#8: Protect your inner peace.
#9: Boundaries = Choosing YOU.
#10: Consistency is underrated.
#11: Staying stuck is a choice. You’re not a tree — MOVE.
#12: Don’t waste time with people who come to you only when they need something. Kthxbye.
#13: Jealousy brings you nowhere.
#14: Action > Ambition
#15: The first step towards self-improvement is recognising that you don’t know everything.
#16: Success flows in once you start believing in yourself.
#17: Negative self-talk is your biggest self-sabotage factor.
#18: So is having a big ego.
#19: Choose the people you want to deal with. Not everyone is a right fit.
#20: Burnout happens when you can’t say NO. You’re helping no one in the long run.
#21: You’re getting older and so are your parents. Spend more time with your loved ones.
#22: You are your own superhero. If you don’t care about your goals, don’t expect others will.
Phew... what a list.
So Anna, which is your favourite? :)
