Hey Friend!
I've never met a person who wants to burn out at their job.
But I know hundreds of people who unknowingly cause themselves to burnout.
Here are some examples:
~ Feeling anxious at the start of your new job, but ignoring it instead of gaining clarity on your roles and responsibilities.
~ Thinking about work constantly when you're at home, and feeling worried outside of office hours that it affects your family time.
~ Feeling overwhelmed with your workload and started working more hours, without identifying if you have soft skills deficiencies.
~ Getting stressed with people, problems and everything else, but not knowing where and how you should start asking for support.
~ Feeling frustrated because you feel stuck, trapped, and with no way out, leading to the ultimate mental health disaster.
Having worked with hundreds of corporate professionals...
Here's what I realised:
Burnout starts with confusion.
Followed by a drop in confidence.
Ending in your hurt mental health.
So Friend, how do you feel about your job? :)
With love,
Mei Phing xx
